ORDERS AND SHIPPING POLICY

Juggling the responsibilities of running a business can be quite demanding. As the sole proprietor of Dear Hadleigh, I manage every aspect of the enterprise. I appreciate your understanding as order processing can take up to 3-5 business days. Rest assured, I approach each order with care and meticulous attention to detail. Processing Times

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed, crafted, and dispatched. During peak periods, such as Christmas and sale promotions, kindly allow 5 - 7 business days. Please note that no orders are dispatched on public holidays or weekends.

Delivery Details for Dear Hadleigh Orders
When you shop with Dear Hadleigh, all orders are shipped via Australia Post – a dependable courier service that provides tracking information. As soon as your order is completed, we'll email you with your tracking number. Standard shipping generally takes up to ten business days, while Express Post can take up to three business days.

 

Please be aware that delivery times are subject to Australia Post, and may take longer during busy periods. We would like to remind you that Dear Hadleigh is not responsible for any delays in Australia Post's delivery service.

Postage Costs
All orders exceeding $75 are eligible for free standard shipping within Australia. Moreover, all orders surpassing $100 qualify for free express shipping within Australia.


For orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria, the standard post flat rate shipping fee is $10.90, whereas the express post flat rate shipping fee is $14.40, both applicable within Australia only.

Understanding the Express Post Option with Australia Post
By selecting the Express Post option, your order will be prioritised through the express channels within Australia Post. However, it's important to note that this is not an "express order" service and the processing time of 3-7 business days still applies. Please be aware that postage costs may change without notice.

Shipping and Tracking Instructions for Dear Hadleigh Customers
Dear Hadleigh is not responsible for any lost items once they have been sent to Australia Post. Please monitor the tracking information provided to stay informed. If you have any questions regarding the tracking of your parcel, reach out to Australia Post at 1800 101 318 or visit their website for more information.

To ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address, please double-check your shipping details. Orders returned to the sender will not be the responsibility of Dear Hadleigh. In the event of a return, the customer will be required to pay for the additional postage fee to re-ship the items.
