RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
At Dear Hadleigh, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take note of the following policy regarding refunds and exchanges:

We can only offer refunds or exchanges for faulty items within 7 days of purchase or receiving an online order. This policy applies to all sales, including those made at markets and online. Any damaged or faulty items reported after this time frame will not be replaced, refunded or exchanged, and it is your responsibility as the customer to take good care of your items.

If your items are damaged during shipment, we will replace or refund them. However, we must be informed within 7 days of receiving your order and require photo proof.

Please be aware that improper storage or mishandling of the clay can lead to breakage or damage of the items. Dear Hadleigh cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by mistreating your pieces. We highly recommend that you read our Care Instructions page carefully to ensure the longevity of your purchase.

Earrings with embellishments are glazed to keep the foil & glitter from rubbing off. This glaze is waterproof. However, please remove all jewellery before going into the water. Remove all jewellery before spraying perfume, deodorant or hair spray as the chemicals in these can react with the clay. No refunds or exchanges will be given for damaged jewellery caused by these elements.

Earring posts and backs are made from products that are lead and nickel-free. These are perfect for sensitive ears, but Dear Hadleigh is not responsible for any skin reactions caused by these posts or any pieces. Please see the description of the specific posts used in each product listing.

Our earring stud posts are glued with a special polymer clay glue. While taking them on and off, please handle them with care. After the 7-day period mentioned above, Dear Hadleigh cannot be held liable for any broken or detached earring backings.

If you change your mind or order the wrong product, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales made, whether at markets or online, are final. Additionally, we cannot accept exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

All purchases of sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the item is damaged during transit.

Please keep in mind that all of our polymer clay jewellery is lovingly handmade and rolled by hand, which adds to its unique charm. As a result, there may be slight variations in colour, design and shape, which is part of the appeal of buying handmade. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you are not satisfied with the quality or design of your purchase.

The chunky foil and glitter clay is particularly distinctive, with embedded coloured foil or glitter placed on top of the clay. Although the foils and glitters are coated to ensure durability, they may eventually wear off over time.
